Financial planning. Is the cost of your home going to be privately funded or are you needing financing?

Choose from Palm Breeze Signature Series™ Homes. Select from our pre-designed Florida models built for efficiency and structural integrity.

Step 4: Set up your first Collaboration Meeting to discuss your dream home. In this time we will discuss land specifications, design elements & budget goals.

Step 5: Upgrade to Palm Breeze Owner-Builder Advantage™. Get professional oversight, strategy, and guidance through out your project.

Step 6: Set up your second Collaboration Meeting to polish the last details of plans and budget. We will also go over vendor list, product specific budgets, and project schedule.

Step 7: Secure your Permit-Ready Plans.
